Särä is a traditional lamb dish that has been served in the neighboring municipality of Lappeenranta called Lemi for years. Our delicatessen counter includes ready-to-heat särä products and other sweet and savoury bakery products to enjoy at home or serve at celebrations. Please note that you need to make a prior reservation to this restaurant since the preparation of this traditional treat can take up to 9 hours.
