Café Luovuus

Café Luovuus was born out of the dreams of three siblings. Located in a atmospheric Art Nouveau building and beautifully decorated, this café offers moments of delight in everyday life and crowns special occasions with its ambiance and irresistible, guaranteed fresh pastries, along with locally roasted artisan coffee.
Café Luovuus is situated in the heart of Lappeenranta, nestled at the base of a Jugendstil building known as the Kinnunen House, built in 1909. In the café’s kitchen, treats are created with great care to please every taste. Some recipes take you back to childhood memories, while others offer entirely new flavor experiences. The pastries are made with the finest seasonal ingredients, and there’s never a shortage of cinnamon, sugar, or cream. In addition to pastries, the café serves waffles daily, generously topped with either sweet or savory options. Most of the menu is gluten-free, and all products are lactose-free.
Adjoining the café is a boutique featuring thoughtfully selected items to bring joy to everyday life and add beauty to the home. Some of these items are exclusively designed by Café Luovuus.
The experience is further enriched with hands-on craft courses, where you can explore your creativity under guided instruction. Courses can also be tailored for groups upon request.
