Holiday Club Saimaa Conference

The conference wing of Holiday Club Saimaa is on the entry floor of the spa building. The crown of these diverse facilities is the panoramic terrace, where an afternoon coffee can be enjoyed with a magnificent view of Lake Saimaa. From the meeting lobby, you can enter the ice arena boxes, where you can arrange meetings or small evening get-togethers. We naturally offer catering for the boxes as well.

Holiday Club Saimaa offers top-class facilities for meetings and events. You can enjoy the services of many different high-quality restaurants and cafés. You can also arrange dinner events. Our meeting hostess working in the meeting lobby will assist you with your conference needs.

The ice arena – with or without ice – can be used for larger festivities. The versatile space may be divided in two. The Holiday Club Arena can hold up to 1,750 guests.

Holiday Club Saimaa has its own conference wing on the entry floor of the spa building. You can arrange meetings for many different purposes and different groups.

All the rooms except for Saimaa can be joined together, even into one large space, by using versatile dividers. The large meeting room Rauha has room for approx. 200 persons.

The meeting rooms have the necessary conference and AV equipment at no additional cost.

The newly renovated Paviljonki ballroom offers seats up to 150 dinner guests. Paviljonki is perfect for anniversaries, weddings and dinner events.

Arena boxes

The meeting lobby also has access to the boxes surrounding the Holiday Club Arena. The boxes are well suited for smaller meetings and events.
