Atmospheric smoke saunas in Rautjärvi
Hugo's smoke saunas are two authentic, comfortable smoke saunas made of hand-hewn logs on the shores of Lake Rautjärvi, close to the log cabins “Hugon huvilat”.
You can book a smoke sauna or both for your group for the evening. Dressing and washing facilities and lockers for clothes can be found in the adjoining cabins. There is of course also a lake with a beach and a pier for swimming nearby. If agreed, you can also use the electric saunas in the cabins and/or the inherently Finnish, wood-heated saunas on the beach.
The saunas are always carefully heated for our customers; you do not need to worry about the heating of these traditional saunas. The saunas can be heated hot or milder according to your wishes.
Bathing in a smoke sauna is a true Finnish experience – we welcome you to experience it in beautiful Southern Karelia!
