Karhusaari is an island located 1 kilometer from the city harbour of Lappeenranta. Depending on the ice situation of Lake Saimaa, you may visit Karhusaari by walk or by skiing during the wintertime. There is also a lean-to (laavu) where you can make a campfire and enjoy your snacks.
