Located in the heart of Lappeenranta, Meeza Restaurant is an internationally recognised destination for authentic Levantine cuisine. In 2026, Meeza won the prestigious Europe’s Best Middle Eastern Cuisine Restaurant 2026 title at the World Culinary Awards.

Meeza’s culinary philosophy is rooted in the rich traditions of the Levant, skilled craftsmanship and carefully selected ingredients. Traditional recipes, authentic spices and food prepared from scratch form the foundation of a kitchen where every detail matters.

The menu features a variety of meze dishes designed for sharing, grilled specialities and traditional Levantine favourites, including kibbeh and manakish topped with za’atar. The tradition of preparing manakish is inscribed on UNESCO’s Representative List of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity. The dining experience is complemented by Lebanese wines, traditional arak and Arabic coffee with cardamom.
