Prepared from a thousand-year-old recipe, this traditional lamb roast is delicious beyond compare! In line with local custom, Särä should be savoured slowly – there are no limits on portions, so feel free to eat your fill! Despite the simple recipe, this traditional lamb dish takes roughly nine hours to prepare.
Restaurant Säräpirtti Kippurasarvi is located in Lemi near Lappeenranta. It is the only restaurant in Finland that serves only one dish. Säräpirtti Restaurant has served särä already for several decades and it's an excellent place for birthdays and other family celebrations. The restaurant has 160 sitting places.
