Villa Lummelahti cottages

Villa Lummelahti offers a peaceful retreat on the shores of Lake Saimaa in Savitaipale, just a 40-minute drive from Lappeenranta. Surrounded by pine forests and beautiful lake scenery, the handcrafted cottages provide an ideal setting for a relaxing holiday in every season.

The property features three unique cottages, each with its own character and atmosphere. Pine House accommodates up to nine guests and is well suited for families and larger groups. The two-storey cottage includes an electric sauna and is located only 25 metres from the shoreline. A lakeside barbecue hut adds to the experience.

Lakeside Cabin welcomes up to four guests and sits just 15 metres from the water. This cosy two-storey cottage features a traditional wood-heated sauna and offers easy access to the lake.

Perched high on a rock with sweeping views across Lake Saimaa, Rock House accommodates up to three guests. The cottage offers privacy and tranquillity, while a separate wood-heated sauna and barbecue hut on the terrace provide the perfect place to enjoy long summer evenings and colourful sunsets.

Pine House and Lakeside Cabin are located close to each other, making them an excellent choice for two families or groups of friends travelling together. Guests can enjoy both privacy and shared time, with plenty of space for dining and spending time together.

Each cottage has its own pier and rowing boat, and the spacious terraces offer front-row seats to Saimaa’s ever-changing scenery. On clear evenings, guests can watch the sunset colours reflect across the lake's calm waters.

The surrounding area offers plenty to explore, including scenic hiking trails, rapids, and several Saimaa UNESCO Geopark sites. Activities can also be arranged according to guests' wishes.
